Introducing the AXIS electric shallow water anchor.  Unlike the electric Talon anchor made by Minn Kota, this new boat anchor by Lewmar offers the down-and-away functionality you get with the Power-Pole and Raptor anchors without the hydraulic fluid and pump system.  This electric anchor is great for guys with a small boat with no place to install a hydraulic pump (or two).  If you are looking for a lightweight electric boat anchor, you might want to check out the products by Lewmar.  Currently only available in the 8FT model.
