- Free UPS standard ground shipping on all* orders over $1000.
- Customers receive a tracking number for every package.
- In-Stock will be shipped the same day they were ordered before 2:00. Next day if ordered after 2:00.
- Orders containing items on back order will be held for shipment until all items in the order are in stock UNLESS the customer requests us to ship items that are in-stock and the back order items as they become available. Items that are in stock will be held on a first come first serve basis.
- Due to the high value of the items we ship, we require a signature on all packages for your protection unless you notify us in writing to leave your package without requiring signature. If you or someone you trust will not be available at the shipping address to sign for the package(s), UPS will leave a note that they attempted the delivery along with instructions.
- If a package arrives damaged, do NOT open it. Instead, take photos of the box and call 877-776-6084 immediately.
- Regardless of the fact that we insure every shipped package for the retail price of the item(s) in the package, if you use UPS My Choice service, then according to the UPS My Choice terms of service, UPS will deny any and all damage/lost claims. We have no control over their terms of service. Consequently, we are unable to file a damaged package claim nor a lost package claim for any packages when customers choose to use UPS My Choice. - Free shipping does not include any freight shipments or extra costs incurred for special orders.
- Free shipping does not include expedited shipping. The difference in cost between free standard shipping and expedited shipping will be charged to the customer and must be paid by customer before expedited items are shipped.
- Free shipping does not include shipment of return items - customer is responsible for shipping return items to Xtreme Boat, Inc.
