This is a custom designed braced adapter plate you can use instead of the Everglades part # 470-80232-pw to mount a Power-Pole anchor to the back of your Everglades boat.  Also works with Minn Kota Raptor.  This adapter is designed to bring the anchor up out of the water to avoid drag which causes backspray, and will miss the rub rail.  It works with any size anchor up to 10FT.
