For non-transom-mounted installations. This adapter is used on boats with no jack plate and provides a mounting surface for any of the side mount adapter plate kits sold separately (PK-S, PKB-S, PKD-S, PKBD-S). Mounts port or starboard side of motor.

This product meets the requirement of Mercury OEM Service Bulletin # 2013-09 and should be used with all Mercury outboards where no jack plate is installed, and a Power-Pole adapter plate is the preferred mounting solution.

This includes a spacer for the opposite size.  If you think you'll ever get a second power-pole, we recommend getting the dual M to S adapter plate.
